A week of bad weather kept me off the bike.  I know I could have gone for a ride but I just didn't want to.  Today was lovely.  After lunch it was around 20c and sunny.  I went out fast and paid the price on the short, steep climbs for the rest of the ride.  At least I did not have the heart attack I was concerned about mid-ride.
