The White Horse in the 30% chance of rain.

What a difference a week makes. It was an almost wind-free day, a rare thing on the prairies. There was a "30% chance of late morning/early afternoon rain", or so the weather people thought. We got wet at 9am but continued out to the White Horse at a pretty good pace. Average speed was up a couple of kph over the beginning of the month. We hit a maximum of 35.9kmh going up the Col d'Robin Overpass and not so fast going down. It was fun. Steve and I always wonder why we go up things much faster than we've been cruising down the highway?
